I agree it's undeevaluated but I'm not sure having room to grow matters much given the potential of LINK.
PNK doesn't advertise, doesn't care of exchanges, and is all around very anti-hype, much like LINK was in 2017. Maybe this isn't the cycle for PNK, maybe PNK will lose against ETH, plummet during the next bear, and then pull off a LINK style growth.

That would mean the smart thing to do now is to do in LINK this cycle and PNK for the next

All it would take is a decent exchange listing or a big youtuber shilling it, and PNK would be off to the races. On the other hand, it could continue to fly under the radar for months, maybe even a year, so there's some opportunity cost involved as well.
Personally, I'm big in PNK right now. Link is valued like a working but not fully adopted project, and PNK is valued like a good concept, when the reality is the other way around.
