It might not be totally a scam, but it's a dead exchange nobody uses. There was even a joke someone noticed at one point the BTC/USDC pairing was stuck at 42k for 2 weeks because that's the last price it traded for. It's setup to be exit-scammed as it is and I wouldn't put it past them because the token is something of a joke itself with as many meme-phrases attached to it to attract buyers.
