if you're looking to get some portfolio exposure to silver then a mining ETF like SLVP is a good way to do so, with the benefit of better tax treatment versus a metal holding ETF like SLV or PSLV which, despite what idiots here say, are physical metal ETFs, which are taxed at a higher rate versus corporate profits like the miners.
