It looks like things are accelerating and with the release of Flare and Flare Finance in Q1/Q2 I think there's reason to be bullish. I mean actually bullish, not meme bullish where you respond to anything with bullish because you're a Pavlovian-conditioned retard. If we see real adoption by supranational and national entities, I think that XXX/XXXX could be real. I don't think it'll happen this month or next month, I think it'll happen sometime after Biden's first 100 days, but I can't discount it either. A Presidents first 100 days are usually his busiest and where he's focused most on his platform policies. I think Biden will be good for XRP, he might be good for some crypto, but that's not his focus. He and his administration are going to be focused elsewhere for this initial push. XRP is big, but it's also wonkish so to me that reads more like something he pushes later in the year or next year. So that coupled with the SEC suit leads me to believe that we won't see anything inside his first 100 days. That's something I've been reading about of late and it's interesting. If you haven't looked into that, maybe give that a look. I don't know anything about Uphold, so I don't know. I imagine though it would depend on what type of security its declared as and the particularities of how it's classified. The idea being kicked around is that perhaps XRP could be declared some type of bond or bearer bond, only tokenized. So it would be a security, but it'd be a type of security that ordinary individuals could own, hold, and trade. That would allow it to act as a global stablecoin and lines up with what Ripple reps have been saying about how they aren't competing for retail dollars, investors, or space.

That's just guesswork right now as far as I can tell. There are people trying to game out all the different scenarios -- rather than just pointlessly meme -- so that when things start moving people will have an idea of what they can do and how they can maneuver. Even with clarity, I don't expect crypto to get more normie friendly, so it's going to take a good amount of work to understand what you can or cannot do with your assets and what you responsibilities and liabilities are based on those decisions.
