more unwarranted negativity towards a new cryptocurrency on the board for discussion of new cryptocurrencies

looks promising, ill give it a spin in my sandbox. If I paste my address can I get some coins? I'm guessing since you're probably a developer or someone invested in the coin

This is a board for business, not shilling monopoly money

>> No.268640

alright I can see what you mean. But how is someone supposed to introduce a new coin to the /biz/ community without it getting shot down as 'shilling' ?

Post this in the DogeCoin threads

Not only will I apologize to you, but I'll thank you for the amazing laugh when they get buttfrizzled

I see this peaking anywhere between 1000 and 5000, assuming it catches on, which is assuming a lot. Was never fond of scrypt-n because it destroys GPUs and wastes even more electricity. Not only that, but if you've got a big enough GPU farm you still have an insane advantage over all the small miners.

Have fun with this week's crypto pump and dump. Can't wait to see what next week's fad coin will be.

bro take your negativity elsewhere. the OP is back and he's not having any of your shit

>> No.268748

Good luck, OP. Come back and see us once you make some mad dosh. There is a huge demand for new crypto coins right now, and that demand is not slowing down :^)

X11 is the new hotness, it saves power while running cool and is ASIC resistant. The big GPU farms will always have the advantage, the best we can do is find a good coin before them like Doge and Mona.

>> No.269936

this thread still alive?

I'm going to check out this coin and tell you guys what I think, it looks like it has some potential to it

Anyone wanna spare me a few Kimocoins? OP?

Will Kimocoin be protected against the new ASIC miners?

>> No.271170

yes it uses scrypt-adaptive-n which is asic resistant by design

What is x11? Is that another coin?

>> No.272737

>>272705
no its the algorithm of the coin like Sha-256 (Bitcoin) Scrypt (Litecoin Dogecoin etc) N-Scrypt (Vertcoin)

X11 is less strenious on the gpu and uses less power but no prominent coins use it at the moment as its fairly new
