Blockchain could be a solution. These guys - gamestop.finance are doing it.

Basically, it's a coordinated PUMP group like /WSB. They vote to choose the next token to pump and ape in. The thing is, after they together ape in a token ppl need too LOCK this token to earn $GME, proofing it from weak hands. WIN-WIN.
