Should I cashout the coins above and get a mortgage on a house? I also have GRT, ADA and LTO that I might just leave and see where they go in a year.

There's nothing wrong with cashing out, especially on those coins that have made profits. do not sell those which still have high potentials

for example: sell some BTC and ETH, but do not sell ADA until end of March since February is beings the smart contract of roll-out and will thus see some value fulfillment for the coin
