It never hurts to take profits. If you are up you can always sell and then buy back when it dips. But doing this can also fuck you over if you swing at the wrong time. You could miss pumps or buy into dumps. Only swing if you have the confidence into your trades. I would suggest trimming a portion of that postion enough the make the trade free, When it dips you then take that money and buy back in.
