I "made it" to 300k recently. Been looking at houses and farms, somewhere secluded to live peacefully. Then I realized my 300k is 150k after taxes. I tried and tried to think of ways to evade taxes, but the reality is you can't. Even collateralized DAI loans are taxable events, don't let any random 4channer tell you otherwise. The only viable solution would be if seller accepts crypto which is only currently possible for luxury stuff costing millions. An old farm lady doesn't know about crypto and will never accept it. I am not an UK citizen so I can't evade taxes by buying Royal Mint gold coins either. Oh and btw since 2018 most places that are not shitholes, places you'd actually want to live, demand you give them source of funds for real estate deals involving crypto. That is, if the seller even wants crypto.

What i'm saying is I was better off being a dumb wagie. I was unironically happier. The feeling that I can't actually use my crypto is devastating. I don't want to give half of my shit away to someone for no reason. How is this fair? I'm not the type to drive lambos and give everyone the finger.
