Best case: Ripple win on all counts. XRP not a security. We moon to 5-10 in the short term, 100 medium and 1k+ long term.

Prediction: I think ripple will get done on pre-2015 sales and will pay a fine. XRP will be held not to be a security from 2015 onwards. (The key point is not a security, so this would be great - moon would be a go).

Timing: could come any time through a settlement, or could last years. I’m hopeful that it comes sooner rather than later.
