Fair enough, I concede that it would be hard to surpass Israel in terms of vaccination. But I think using vaccinations per 100 people as a metric for how well delineated Trump's vaccine plans were is very dishonest and does not tell the entire story about how long this was ignored at the expense of the American economy and people.
It was not Trump who secured any of the vaccine distributions himself and he actually had to be pushed by anti-Trump HHS associates to secure distribution logistics plans.
