Go to add a new coin. There will be a custom option. Look up the contract on coingecko and put it in there. The rest should pop up. You'll have to do this for most coins not in the top 100 or so. Don't worry though your coins are there you just have to add it to see them. It's a learning process but once you get this stuff down it's pretty easy.

I'm not following the conversation that closely, but if it's ETH that isn't showing up, then you'll have to either: 1.) Wait for it to confirm, or 2.) Cancel the transaction by sending another transaction with a higher nounce and gas fee. I don't recommend sending a transaction with a higher nounce while a lower nounce transaction is pending unless you have a basic understanding of how eth wallets work. But that type of problem normally happens because what you paid in gas is below the current avg gas fee, therefore miners have no incentive to confirm your transaction right now.
If it's RBC that isn't showing up in your wallet, then you'll need to add the RBC contract. Go to rubic's ethscan page and copy/paste the contract address to your metamask wallet. It sometimes won't show your RBC balance if you add the token contract after you buy said token. If that happens I recommend just recovering your wallet, and the balance should be visible afterwards.
