I heard you can buy BTCs using the second life currency((something like liden dollars I think). How it's possible to do that without having a second life account?

You'd probably need a SL account and character, then after choosing the right penis for your character you can find a popular hangout and wade through furries and cat ladies until one of them knows a "reputable" btc trader. I put reputable in quotes, because the person is a second life player, after all.
