Exchanges are literally running out of bitcoins, this is your last chance to make it.

Makes literally no sense
The bitcoins come from sellers, not the exchange
The exchange is a middle man, not a retailer

>Imagine if everyone suddenly sold all the btc

Why would this happen? Miners are the most likely group to recognize why BTC is valuable to hold, they literally control the release of inflation. If they want to increase their profits, they just don't sell and BTC appreciates. This effect will become more magnified in the future. They will not want to dump btc into a crash or severe bear market on purpose, it doesn't really benefit them to do so. They just look for large liquidity which is what used to always pop the bubbles if they dumped into a high liquidity top of the market during it's euphoria stage. Now they can find deals OTC with big buyers so this effect may start going away and btc will start becoming more stable. We are expecting violent crashes more than they are happening right now.

Why do crashes (not bubbles) happen? Everything starts on a very small scale and it gets bigger and bigger.

Right, and up until recently that supply has been increasing. However, that the trend has reversed. Hoarders are going to be able to name their price for those wishing to get Bitcoin into their portfolios.
