Hm depends. But I've been watching this dood with his stacks the past couple of days- he keeps moving the price around, creating fake resistance than pulling it away and forcing a dump when it benefits him. There's just not enough natural volume- especially since the majority of volume is the RLC-USDT pair on Binance- to actually overcome his manipulation right now. The price might have moved because of Chico Crypto, but this guy is still the primary market mover. I would pretty much always wait for him to move the price back down before accumulating more.
