So how much did the housing prices rised in your country? Here the Netherlands it was around 8% last year. The average house price is around $400k. The median income is around $44k.

Pic related, in a random city in the Netherlands was sold for +- $480k.

Ngl, feels pretty hopeless. Although we already have a home it sucks that I basically never will be able to afford a small house with a large garden in the middle of nowhere.

If you're here then you should hold a solid stack of crypto. If so be optimistic. It's the normies who fell for the wage meme that'll never be able to afford their homes.

in France it's still raising but not as much as it was during the last 10 years

during 2020 RE rised by 1% against 3-7% before

Funny fact : large flats in paris lost -5% during 2020 whereas small flats remains unaffected by covid crisis

also Paris suburbs raised up to 30% in some areas because people want to flee from Paris due to lockdown PTSD

We have the same problem in the UK bro.

Its a simple but toxic combination of high population density and institutional investors buying up land and property, creating further artificial scarcity.

Its fucked. Your best chances are inheriting from your family, as morbid as that sounds.

It's not just that. It's the fact that they are printing money at a rapid rate so it becomes increasingly worthless, and you require more of it to buy the same asset.

Taiwan, who knows, who cares. The market here is insane. The apartment I rent (in a condo building) would sell for US$700,000 if I wanted to buy it (it's one of the small units, the big ones are US$1,000,000). I rent it for about US$715/month. And it's a luxurious little place with a beautiful ocean view. The only "problem" is that it's FAR outside of central Taipei.

Roughly 20% of "home" properties are vacant, they're just bought and left to sit because "muh investment, can't lose money on property here, such valued!" The young people aren't marrying and can't afford to have children, so the population is actually declining (not just "aging"). The narrative used to be that relations with China would improve so much that mainlanders would fly over and buy homes here, because a million-dollar concrete box in the middle of the Lehua Night Market was surely more enticing than an acre of Oregon Coast land with views. Now of course relations with China are abysmal so the narrative is "but it keeps going up!"

Yeah, that's going to end well. Especially when China blockades and demands formal surrender, which I think will be in two or three years.

Thank them again in four years when Texas elects a bunch of Democrats who raise your taxes even more and let the nogs riot and burn your house down without even getting arrested because "muh systemic racism kill whitey reparations for the oppressed". Austin and Dallas are already headed in that direction.

My wife and I both already bought an appartment before we became a couple, and we both sold our property for our current home. So we are currently living in a 550k euro home, with a mortgage of 230k. Even if the price tanks, we'd just be riding the wave without going into the negative. Not to mention our living expenses are very low.

LOL....people think their real estate prices are high or have gone up. Nothing compares to the shit hole Toronto. Prices rise 20% a year. The average detached home is over 1 million CAD. The average salary is 36k CAD a year.

This is what happens when you let the Chinese buy your country.

A garage in Toronto in a laneway can go for 850k CAD. This was someone making brooms in a garage so they called it a broom factory. It's a fucking garage. There is a house on the front half facing a street. You don't even have access to the street from this property but use a lane way.

I have Biden the homo now. He still better than Trudeau I think but no one will ever be as good as Trump.

The Chinks bought all of Toronto and most of Canada. Fucking bug people buy complete floors of Condo buildings washing their stolen money from Chink land.

A house that cost 300 k in 2000 is now 1.5 million in Toronto and it is a rat infested shit hole.
I don't you Trannies. Fucked out out of there a long time ago to the USA.
