The parties cant know who the jurors are - and the jurors are randomly selected - they have no legal training, industry expertise and even if they do they might not have an incentive to vote with the majority because the majority might be dumb fucks who misunderstood the case. Thats even before you get a situation where big hitters buy up tons of the coin themselves so they can fuck over their rivals or opposing party by adjudicating on their own disputes.
I am a lawyer who arbitrates a lot (Im actually wanting to get a full time role as an international commercial arbitrator) and I can tell you no reputable party will ever settle their disputes in the Kleros courts. Its a fucking meme. Its like when the kids at college got together and said they were forming a new secret society. It sounds cool and theres no reason they couldn't do it - some even had some connections or expertise - but they had no fucking demand for it and no knowledge of the underlying reasons for such a use case. Its the same with Kleros. Its a joke coin.
