Honestly, there's so much inflation and money printing in FIAT lately that price rises are natural. Maybe that's part of a bubble, but I don't think it's as dumb to invest in something other than usd as you think it is.

BECAUSE INTEREST RATES ARE AT 0, THERE ARE NO OTHER PLACES TO MAKE AN ROI.

PE ratios of good, established companies like PG, WMT, etc. are at 20-25. Yes, that is historically high, but that’s effectively a 4-5% roi. Not to mention that these companies are growing. Tell me how this is overvalued in this environment. Go ahead and sell. Then what, get a .001% roi? Retard.

There's no way to tell this will be the time. Last time it was when the yield-curve inverted. Then it was in March when lockdowns started. There's no way to tell dude.

The wealthy can afford to invest conservatively. The poor cannot. The wealthy make rules that devalue money by setting interest rates to record lows to keep everyone perpetually in debt so the poor HAVE to invest in assets or in the stock market. There is no alternative for the poor. The rich can do whatever they want. They can park their millions in a 2% savings account and live off the miniscule interest to be 100% safe.

2. they were saying the same thing back in lets see 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and I didn't really pay attention to the other years but it wouldn't surprise me
3. even if people believe the market is going to crash where are they going to put their money when almost every other asset is in a bubble and cash just means you'll lose to inflation while the fed guarantees they'll keep the bubble blown for as long as they can

>> No.26213765

I agree with converting cash but you should be investing in more than crypto. Property, especially outside cities (if you can afford it), stocks (short term meme stocks are fine but long term holds should be boomer tier stocks), Roth IRAs, etc.

I keep enough cash on hand for a medical emergency and daily needs but other wise I have half in crypto, I add to my roth IRA annually, and a pretty diverse stock portfolio. I also own two properties, one with water rights.

Even if the market crashes, its gonna hit me less than anyone who put all their eggs in one basket. Those all in on currency are gonna recover the slowest though (If ever).

Most home" owners" will lose their jobs, interest rates will go back up and they will not be able to keep up with their loans. Most of this real estate wealth will get taken away while prices will continue to go up making you dependent on the state.

It's affecting consumer spaces too, not just investment assets. Ammo is borderline impossible to find in stores and only available online at greatly inflated prices. GPUs are the same. Video game consoles are the same. Barbells and free weights are the same. Anywhere there's even a hint of limited supply, it's the same. I sure hope you're all stocked up on prepper foods, water filters, and so on.
