It's not. But go to Dextools, look up your favorite shitcoin and click the blue lock icon on top of the screen. There is a 99% chance liquidity is not locked. Examples of Parsiq and Polkastarter provided. Also check RSR for example.

Locking liquidity is useful for small, starting teams to give early investors a sense of security. Rubic team is fully revealed, there is close to zero chance of being rugged.

Regardless, liquidity is actually locked. You can see it in the contract lol. It just says it isn't locked with unicrypt because they didn't actually use unicrypt to lock it. Unicrypt has already responded to their emails (all of this is shown in telegram you lazy fucks) stating that they will be updating the warning message on their website to be more understanding when people are reviewing.
