I see what they did. They made two separate organizations to limit their liability.

They are doing the same thing with Stakenet. So, instead of hiring internally like legitimate projects do, where they post hiring solicitations, Stakenet LLC instead contracted work to X9 developers.

What this does, is it similar to PoSW, (which they exit scammed), is it gives them limited legal liability because they can always place blame on the one of the entities when it fails and get away with another exit scam again.

That's a HUGE RED FLAG when the work is being contracted out and the contractors are PAID IN XSN that's minted by the treasury and DUMPED on the open market.

Keep in mind, Messari confirms that Stakenet had no ICO and not institutional investment, so its 'contractors' are paid directly with sales of minted XSN.

Stakenet blockchain is a DASH fork or a UTXO chain.

AVAX is EVM compatible and can run complex smart contract logic compared to the severely limited Stakenet blockchain.

Granted, I'm not a fan of AVAX because it doesn't have a slashing mechanism in place for malicious behavior which is a huge security hole compared to Ethereum for example.

But buying Stakenet is betting on a team that exit scammed another project and betting on ancient blockchain tech.
