i just have a HODL position of 70% of my crypto capital that wont be sold until we get a downtrend on the 1W. Other 30% is for swinging/short term. Really helps the mental side of things, as any losses in the 30% account are small in the grand scheme of things

What's worrying is that I've written down rules to myself that I shouldn't break, and yet I totally disregarded them in the last few days, hence the loss. Had I read them & followed them I wouldn't have made the decisions leading to the losses. It's frustrating AF. Also if you have capital but don't have a clear plan for it, you're bound to find up losing some of it through badly thought out & impulsive moves

Just the normal bs, never buy something that's pumped; when you feel the urge to fomo into something, sell it instead; don't get greedy and forget to take profit; buy when it feels dead/crabbing/red candles etc. It's all basic stuff but in practice alot of it is counter intuitive to his your emotions at any given time make you feel. It's controlling emotions that's the hardest. I'm also not cut out for trading, i read somewhere that my star sign should avoid the stock market etc, I'm guessing cause of my emotions
