2. This will hurt the productive people in the US much more, because the productive people have higher incomes and pay more taxes. They will have less money to start new businesses.
3. The money would be much more useful in the private sector. The people who need the stimmy can survive 2 more months at best. The people who don´t need the money spend it on the stock market or crypto. If the markets crash you lose billions in stimmy value that you wasted completely (they speculate on options and these expire worthless)
