I'm pretty sure the phrases are all correct; maybe the ordering is off. 12 phrases of ordering equals 12! which is equal to hundreds of millions of different orders

write a script to automate each variation of the phrase and check for your address

or/and

insert the mnemonic in row order instead of column. It could be you write the words by 1, 7, 2, 8, 3, 9, 4, 10, 5, 11, 6, 12 instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
