I think you pay layer 1 fees to lift funds onto (and off) layer 2. Channels are only needed for transferring/trading them between wallets. As long as your funds are on layer 2 you can cheaply open channels to trade more. As exchanges adopt L2 you'll eventually be able to directly get L2 BTC on bitfinex (this will probably be an early goal for bitfinex if they intend to push Stakenet) which you can then withdraw for a small channel fee as well.

There is currently 1 sell order posted. It is somewhat high.
There are definitely more eyes on that orderbook than you'd think. The open beta out right now isn't the friendliest for passive trading as Livecoin was a convenient source of liquidity and you have to keep the DEX open if you have buy/sell orders manually posted in it.

1. Uni LPs get all the fees and suffer impermanent loss. Where as Masternodes (coin holders) host the dex and aggregate liquidity. Therefore get all the fees. Uni is just a governance token. No built in mechanism to utilize the token with fees... yet or ever . Xsn is governance and mosternodes provide services like the DEX

2. UNI is on the ETH block chain only, where as XSN is bridging the BTC and ETH through lightning swaps.

Uniswap token has barely any utility compared to XSN, and it's DEX is vastly inferior and will be rendered totally obsolete by Stakenet DEX.

Until we inevitably exceed shitiswaps market cap I dont give a fuck about the price, but I will be buying any dips we're lucky enough to have.
