Both Themis and self-serve will be released 2021, the team has already shown they intend to make this a massive year for BAT, as Brave has been fleshed out to the point they feel comfortable building out BAT. The amount of people sleeping on BAT is incredible. I am already in the process of creating a pool for staking BAT, creating the bones currently, and closely watching the Themis dev discord.

Because crypto is mostly a speculative market. Things pump when they're still in development and not fully released, because there's an expectation of bigger payoffs in the future. For example, bitcoin is supposed to be a store of value, but it has wild swings and keeps increasing in value. Over many years as adoption grows larger and larger, the volatility will decrease to the point where it becomes basically a stablecoin at theoretical full-adoption.

BAT, on the other hand, already serves it's purpose and there really isn't anything more to it. Okay, you disable your ad blocker on Brave and you get rewarded by tiny amounts of money in the form of BAT. That's all there is to it. There's really nothing to invest in there.

We will see $5 BAT end of 2021 the latest. Look at the accumulation in big wallets, look at the volume. Compare Brave/BAT to all the other crypto projects out there, you can name maybe a handful that are anywhere close in terms of real working product gaining massive adoption and traction at such a scale. Not to mention ad buys are increasing month over month, which is putting immense buy pressure on BAT. Self-serve will increase this buy pressure tremendously, and Themis will have people locking up millions of BAT.

BAT value is mostly driven by traders right now and for some reason it's become a swing coin. It will only go up when organic BAT demand blows up. It will, it's just a matter of time. Brave Browser ad viewing is just the use case. If they can integrate direct tipping mechanisms for content creators then it will blow up.

There needs to be some kind of staking reward function in order to have price appreciation. I hope they implement something like this:

For example, bigger wallets get preferential ad bidding, views, early access to NTFs. Not just traditional staking which is price-dilutive. Team should also implement token lockups to align these incentives...
