The deflation on its own affects the price on a macro-scale over time as the supply reduces, but this is not the point, it's just a bonus to add positive price pressure. What happens is that let's say the Balancer pool needs to balance the ratios of the coins in the pool. It will sell and buy these assets, whenever it sells or buys wSTA, it will affect the price of the token. This means that the Uniswap pool consisting of wSTA/STA needs to sell wSTA and buy more STA in order to balance THAT pool. After that is done, the 1% burn will cause the Uniswap pool to yet again be unbalanced, which means it has to be re-balanced again. Meaning more volume and more fees. After this is done, the price has yet again changed for wSTA and it will ripple back over to Balancer causing for more balancing and so on.

Not only that, it creates arb opportunities for bot out of thin air. They mint/unmint delta(=50/50 sta/eth) and wrap/unwrap statera in order to make a profit. For the liquidity providers this means more balancing and more volume, resulting in more fees earned.

No one will disagree that the dashboard is of very poor quality, but the website is great. It has all the explanations to the different pools and direct links to every pool and links to buy STA and wSTA. It functions like an alpha dashboard in itself kind of. Also super beautiful on mobile.

I don’t want to FUD since I’m getting married to the idea of this project but the marketing is extremely underwhelming at the moment.

There’s not a lot of solid stuff in the works. Maybe about 3 articles and 3 YouTube videos and most of those options are unavailable. If I were you I would start shilling this project on investment social media accounts and stuff like that. But honestly I’m starting to think organic growth is going to take longer than we all think. Everything I wrote is true and very similar to both projects. LINK has the first mover advantage in its field, STA in its own. It's not so much the use-cases that are similar, more so the glaring similarities between early day LINK and STA.

Reminded that if STA was still at its ETH all time high value it would be about $1.20

Also during the christmas the peak (at current ETH price) was $0.26 but the 900k stolen STA that were dumped didn't really help.

Look at the Stanos pool volume. Literally no one is pulling liquidity out. Liquidity keeps increasing. Volume to liquidity ratio is insane. Healthy amount of users that's increasing on a daily basis. Pooling in Stanos is one of the comfiest holds out there. Only thing that sucks is increased liquidity = less personal pool share.
