Crypto industry is pretty welcoming and unforgivable at the same time.

Developers/Tech guys - pretty easy to find an opening. Try TG channels, angelist, but I think twitter is the best. Just reach out to the founders of interesting project.

CM/Marketing/etc - it's way harder and more crowded. You need to bring value to the project first (write an article, be active in their social channels, support their publications and such), and slowly you will gain the trust and pretty sweet salary (PLUS SUPER DOPE INSIDES)
