they mentioned VDARE in the article i read so i looked at their site, found the btc address, and found this. pretty sure it's the one they're talking about. the article claims 13.5 given to one address (supposedly Fuentes) as well as 20+ total recipients including VDARE, all in one transaction, given about a month before the capital happening. this transaction matches all.

so far: the input addresses all only have 2 transactions total,
