I see a lot of poorfags here under 10k diversifying into 10 altcoins or buying BTC/ETH. NGMI.

This is true, although I'd define anything under 250K as a 'poorfag' in this context

You literally need to be in 1 if you’re a poorfag and hope it does a 2x or more.

>> No.25991818

diversification is a meme

>> No.25991834

I mostly go all-in on one or two coins at a time, trying to flip some sats. And I have few $600-$1000 invested in microcaps.

>> No.25991879

Those poorfags are also newfags. When you are poor, you need to go all in on one shitcoin

This is literally what you should be doing till you hit 100k lol

There is no point to diversification in crypto because the market is 85% bitcoin. Everything is subject to it, whether they like it or not, and if it's small enough not to be you'll probably can't realistically invest in it.
Diversification is a good enough idea in more developed markets because it spreads out risk. The basic idea is not to let any one asset nuke your portfolio.

Because if you're sub 10k and lose 2k, it's a big fucking deal to where some dudes here won't be able to pay their moms rent nor afford bus passes, so yeah, they absolutely SHOULD play it safe.

I dropped 10k on DOGE and came up with 2.5k in a matter of hours and I'm looking at stupid watches that cost more than cars

Agreed for the most part, but low cap shitcoins coins can still net higher returns that BTC/ETH. People doubled/tripled their money on GRT in a day.

Meh, I'm a poorfag and ETH has more than 3xed my portfolio into 5 figures, still not sure if alts are worth it yet.

>> No.25992263

Poorfag here who dumped $200 into KSM in July. It’s worth $1600 now and I cannot complain.

>> No.25992287

>>25991883
Yeah, at that point is either easier because you only need a 5x-10x to make big money, but it's also harder to find liquidity, compared to flipping $2000 worth of BTC from an alt pump.

Zlot.
