Depends on the state. Simply refusing to leave your property when asked is grounds enough for a "Stand your ground" case.
That being said, even in non-SYG states any threat of physical violence is grounds for self-defense, and an audio recording and good lawyer can almost 100% make that argument for you, even if the perps are unarmed.
