There's going to be a bunch of dollars issued on the stellar decentralized exchange but nothing to buy with them. People are going to buy something on the network and SLT is one of the only things with any name recognition on the network. It's vaporware because it started as a way to tokenize commercial real but they failed at that and issued a crypto credit card. Then that failed and they started some scheme with farmers in the ukraine to sell grain or some shit. They made bank in the initial ico during the last bullrun but they don't know what to do with it. It's money in search of a product, not a product in search of money.
