I have a stable job and I'm clueless what to do with my income. I just spend 20-25% of my income and the rest just sits in my account. I'm 22 and it's my first time earning this significant. What do you recommend?

crypto/stocks
If you're worried about risk open up a Roth IRA and/or a 401k if your employer allows it and put the money in a target date fund. You're young enough that you can gamble with some of your money though.

Don't do that. Definitely buy a duplex tho, OP. Stack cash, invest in stocks, crypto, and real estate, and leave your (((stable job))) in a few years.

I obsess over finding investments with decent yields. I particularly spend dozens of hours a month looking at good real estate deals to park my money in so that in 20+ years I'll have more than I do now.

Invest ~85% into ETF's that look good, use the rest for day trading and reinvest the profits from that into ETF's again.

Can anyone explain why does aave and similar defis pay such high APY? Is there any reason not to convert my paycheck to stablecoins and just stake them at 7.5% ?

I can spare 400 euros a month for investing. Cringe. I just want to make some decent savings in few years.
