depends on a lot of factors...if you have a stable paycheck coming in i'd just DCA with part of your paycheck. Ultimately BTC is pretty liquid anyway so if you need it for an emergency you can always just withdraw it.

Romans used metals because they function as a unit of account, and they last over time—there’s some other reason, but I forget; anyways, if they had access to Bitcoin, they would have used it because it functions better for the needs of man. It is durable, secure, can be used as a unit of account, and has a fixed supply. Bitcoin is the basis of value moving forward.
Ethereum on the other hand is potentially the internet 2.0. Totally different sectors. That’s why ethereum is riskier, btc won its sector. Eth leads by a lot, but it has not officially won. And some of the competitors are solid.
