For me it was backpacking across country 2300 miles and realizing everything in the produce department at grocery stores was cultivated relatively recently in modern times to be better fit for consumption.. Yet even with cauliflower I have to cook the shit out of it in order to eat any significant quantity of it to where it won't upset my digestion... Veggies don't satiate me, yet when eating almost only meat / animal products it becomes easy to regularly do intermittent fasting (one meal a day) or just eat two meals a day.. Carnivore diet is the only one that frees you from cravings.

Right now i only have a bench and 2 sets of dumbells. Started working out late in life so i keep it lighter and mostly hit the macro lifts. Did horizontal bench, weighted abs, goblet squats, back pulls on the bench, and some shoulder press this week. Then ill do horizontal flies, bicep and tricep, and inclined bench press later in the week and maybe some shoulders. When it was warm i threw a third day in as cardio
