Not yet-ish. Highest ICO price was 11 cents, currently we're sitting 12 cents.
Once 12 cents (or higher) is organically stabilized it will be made into the new price floor.
As much as you can buy under 12 cents will give you a guaranteed profit and 12 cents will give you at least no losses.
But looking at the chart and rising volumes, there's pretty much only gains.

Even if you don't want to use CoinMetro as your main exchange, you should at least consider it as a fiat onramp/offramp because their prices are unbeatable.

Now I kinda feel bad that I didn't buy when the price was low.
Tbh I was disappointed when the price flatlined for so long.
The recent uptrend of volume and corresponding rise of price of the token reinstated my trust in the Forehead.
