I am trying to work in my apartment, the motheryuker across from me his apartment always shaking. I am busy trying to do work from home customer service for LCX.com, pays enough money to meet my needful. I cannot concentrate it is affecting my work, and the moaning and vibrating walls. I do not know what is going on. Sometimes the speed is double and then someone is playing the drums. I talked to building owner yesterday he said he cannot kick them out because of the virus.

Please at least my village in India the walls did not vibrate, I cannot sleep at night this goes on for 18 hours a day. We also do not get very hot water I think the water heater in the downstairs closet is broken it makes a weird sound, yesterday I hear someone yelling at it from the top floor. I do not know what is going on here it is so weird, any advice? Thank you sirs.
