Here is the basics of how a PnD work
>wait for coin to stagnate leading a shitloads of sells near current price
>buy all of these then quickly sell a little to the highest buy
>price has barely moved as in the time it takes to update the chart you drive the price up then back down
>repeat until you are happy that you have enough of the supply that no one will crush your pump with a sell wall
>increase price and volume for a couple of consecutive days to build hype
>once the volume is sufficient that you can sell without crashing it start selling
>sell off in tiny amounts (often ~0.1 BTC) across a wide spread of prices
