70% of my networth is in real estate, rest in bitcoin. Should I sell one of my two apartments and buy more bitcoin?

>> No.25716184

No

>> No.25716208

No, try to invest new money into crypto. Better Link or ETH than BTC

>> No.25716210

Make your renters buy in to bitcoin and pay the rent with it.

Lol not everyone is that retarded, maybe you can tell them that you will reduce the rent price by 10% if they pay you by btc.

>> No.25716520

No, why bother? By summer 70% of your wealth will be in Bitcoin and 30% will be your apartments. It'll all work out.

Unless of course your tenants aren't paying rent due to "muh eviction moratorium". Then fuck them over any way you can. Sell if you need to do that to get rid of them.

Buying a house is longing a declining currency.
Cash out of the real estate if you believe that the dollar will increasingly inflate and your tax burden will increase.

No it isn't you retard. It's the opposite. Real estate goes up in price the more USD inflation goes up and the cost in real value terms of your 30 year locked in interest rate at the historic all-time low of 2 to 3 percent becomes more and more of a steal the more inflation increases.
Also as long as you don't pay off your mortgage right away you get to benefit from your debt shrinking due to USD inflation as well.
>property taxes
You picked the least significant expense to worry about, and also one that's least likely to be used to try to solve for actual hyperinflation.
