Coordinated exitscam so you cant withdraw when the crash hits. Read the wikipedia about tether and bitfinex (same company).

Tether printed $25B, that's not the point. They used it to pump BTC at critical resistance levels by printing boatloads and buying BTC with it. When it pumped, they sold off the BTC at a profit, then when it started crashing they printed more tether. Other exchanges like Binance were in on this. They went overdrive the past month because they're about to exitscam.

This is the biggest ponzi we've ever witnessed. It wasn't institutional buyers but exchanges doing dirty work behind the scenes. Suicides will start soon.

This is literally a nothing burger. A) if you keep coins on an exchange, you shouldn’t unless you’re actively just about to trade, and B) if you’re worried about Binance and want to sell then put them on literally any other exchange during the maintenance window
