Monarca is a scam stock. SSE is far better as a highly speculative silver microcap.

@oldbanker:

"With north of 200million shares outstanding, this thing has not enough resources in the ground to have a substantial rise. High cash burn rate (god-like salary).. nah, not my kind of stock."

"What a dilution machine this has become! Insiders dumping, naive imvestors buying... Ouch."

"Insiders dumping. No chance to get Tejamen going, and we all know the San Jose property is not worth the new market cap gain. Huge dilution... I see nothing positive here."

"I was right, the insiders are laughing all the way to the bank. I see no real potential here. Massive dilution, Tejamen chances are at around 0% and San José was bought very very cheap recently... Compensation for CEO is stellar... Nah... I warned you."

generally the market loves mergers and acquisitions, though god knows why. When Boeing bought Hughes and then sold off everything of real value, BA skyrocketed. When BA bought out McDonnel Douglas in 96, BA went to the roof, but all the shit management of Douglas kept their positions, and they had run the first company into the ground, and guess what happened to BA in the long run? Overly hierarchical, top-down innovation stifling culture, and now BA lives off subsidies. Then again, Microsoft has profited well off their M&A activity. So it's kind of a toss-up as to whether this is bullish in the long-term or not, but usually this is a positive driver for all involved.

You only need to look at Peter Schiff's Twitter feed to understand why many people pander to the crypto-mob. At least Rob Kientz, DesoGames, and Peter Spina haven't done so, and never will. Remember, Mike Maloney has got a number of things wrong. On the advice of his fear-mongering friend Chris Martensson, he was completely on board with the coronavirus hoax in January and February, and said that millions of people were going to die. (I say this as someone with the utmost respect for Mike Maloney.)

Go for the water ecology jobs, going into geoscience is good as well but a lot harder to get into the work space due to how hiring is based. The best way to find jobs from mining companies is to go to different company / project websites, and contact their HR departments. You would be surprised what comes up. Also you may need to look around in different states as well, just because nothing is available in one doesn't mean there arent loads of positions in another.

Add to which, Mike Maloney's heart doesn't really seem to be in gold. He's always so proud to boast that he's a "cycles guy," not a "goldbug," as if he's truly "above it all," and that he'll be dumping his miners and metals on everybody else at the peak before the price completely collapses again (as he seems to presume).

As Alasdair Macleod says, even if BTC becomes the greatest bubble in the history of man, it will immediately collapse to zero the second the reset happens. When we go back to gold, BTC will be left stranded without a purpose and completely deflate, just like any other bubble (stocks, bonds, Tesla).

>> No.25665580

Yeah he is not as much waiting for a world monetary reset to sound money as he is waiting for a PM bubble to form in the FIAT system. Once the money has rotated to PMs he would be selling his stack for real estate and stocks. That was his original plan as a "wealth cycles" guy.

Throw in a little social engineering to engender compliance, complacency, and depression, and you have a neutered populace who will do nothing when the greatest bastion of freedom and liberty the world has ever seen collapses in on itself. Wear your mask, citizen.

El Cubo is a mine, along with a permitted mill, which used to belong to Endeavour Silver. It cost them $200 million to acquire, but Vangold made one of the best deals ever done by a junior mining company, and bought it for only $15 million. Bear in mind that the mcap of VGLD is only $30 million. VGLD was already an excellent buy, given that the mine was abandoned after the Mexican revolution, not depleted, that it was the most productive in its district in its day, that the Veta Madre (responsible for 1.2 billion ounces of silver) might intersect its property, etc. Now VGLD has immediately become re-evaluated as an imminent mid-tier producer trading at only 1x cash flow.

Ok sorry I was confused as I just skimmed it over. Yes I am a holder of Vangold already - they were my 3rd largest position prior to the trading halt. Question is - when they resume trading, does this thing skyrocket on the open or we have time to pick up any more shares for a good price?

I'm not sure. I'll be watching to see what happens. If the share price doesn't react too much at first then I will double my position. But it might get instantly re-rated.

How will we know when they will resume trading? Would they announce that in advance?

Somebody who claims to have spoken to the CEO said "ten business days" before. But he has now changed to saying: "Looks like the halt might be til end of Jan/early feb now fyi." I think that the official announcement of being unhalted would come shortly beforehand. I only know what is in the ceo chat.

I think that Austrians and libertarians understood what was going on far sooner than everybody else, because they are the only ones who understand the economy. You are expecting the greatest ponzi scheme in history to collapse, and then suddenly, at the exact moment you thought it would happen, the best pretext ever is delivered to hide it, and control the angry population. The pretext was simply too opportune to be a coincidence. Especially when you know the history of previous hoax pandemics like Swine Flu, etc. Then when the early data came in about the Diamond Princess cruise ship and the like, it became blindingly obvious what was going on.
