some sort of RLC lottery/gambling app?

i had this idea last night of a RLC gambling dapp.
>The dapp's "bank wallet" is pre-coded into the dapp
>load the bank wallet with 1000$ (RLC)
>User enters ETH public key into the dApp (to receive money)
>iExec worker has access to bank's private key for sending capabilities
>User uses RLC to bet against the worker(bank)
>random number generator game, 48.7% chance to win
>User loses, worker keeps the "RLC payment"
>User wins, worker sends 200% to the ETH address(based on a pre-defined betting limit, so say 3% of bank's value max bet)
Is this possible?
