You realize that oracles obtain their info from centralized sources right, even if they aggregate it.

An oracle is only useful as the information it takes. So you're paying to have a thing grab data that could be bad in the first place, only to (immutably) transfer it.

This defeats the purpose. Code (software) can simply move data around, and does. More than you can imagine. Countless ones and zeros that have no problem moving securely and accurately. ALL THE TIME.

Even if oracles were able to see truth. Show me examples of people that want this. Examples where bad data was a problem for a company.

Link isn't decentralized. It's a private company who's tokens are overwhelmingly owned by a few people. They can fuck with it all they want.
