Uniswap is by far the most popular, but recently gas fees have sucked pretty bad. IMO Gemini is the best centralized exchange and most trustworthy. Any USD you have in your account is FDIC insured (not your crypto, though). So if you cash out into your Gemini account and then crypto crashes, your fundsu are safu
