Wow, this is freaking me the fuck out. Let me explain:
I have a CEX.io account which I use to deposit fiat funds and trade for BTC and other crypto
I just decided this morning to be on the safe side due to the Tether fud, and to convert all my shitcoins besides BTC to fiat then withdraw the fiat to the bank
But for some strange reason CEX.io was down for 'maintenance'....which I've never seen them do before and I've used them for over 2 years (not saying they've never been down for maintenance, just that I've personally never encountered it while trying to use them)
They were down for like 2 hours, but they just went back up in the last half hour and now I'm sending BTC (that was converted from the shitcoins) to them from Binance, to trade for fiat and withdraw
And now I see this shit happening with Coinbase.....
I know that was a coincidence, but still......gentlemen, BE CAREFUL. I feel like some shit is brewing in the crypto market
