Is it too late to go all in with my 9k at 3k ETH, 2k BTC, 2K LTC and 2K ALGO? Surely crypto is gonna keep pumping now that Dems have won the senate and 2k checks are all but confirmed?

LTC is a bad choice. Buy more algo or some cardano instead

Why on earth do people still buy Litecoin? Whats the appeal? Digital silver is such a non-argument. Buy literally anything else.

I used to buy small amounts just to use as actual currency because it was fast and shops actually accept litecoin. No idea why you would buy and hold it tho

Litecoin will double soon and easily has 10X potential.

Normies see litecoin on Paypal. NAICE sounds like Bitcoin but cheaper. I BUY.

>> No.25586154

Litecoin is good 2nd choice, what do you think normies will buy when they get priced out of BTC at over $40K?

Let me know when you buy so I can sell. It's gonna dump the moment you get in

Gay opinion but the name "Litecoin" feels like a normie stopper.

normies don't know what a good price is, right? Why would they get priced out?

Very nice tech with a Nobel Peace Prize winning MIT PhD lead developer. Connections with ISDA Swaps and Derivatives Board. Algorand blockchain being used for the backend of Marshal Islands CBDC, which could lead to interest from bigger countries if the project succeeds. Only bad thing is the current tokenomics, but at least a lot of them are allocated as staking rewards.

>> No.25586705

>>25586493
That Marshal Islands test is the most interesting thing. Are there any other coins that have been publicly named as involved in a national currency roll-out?

>> No.25586862

>>25586705
I think there a few projects that have had trials with national banks, but no concrete partnerships that have advanced to something like this. It's why I'm not really worried about the tokenomics. If ALGO could land just one big country's CBDC platform, we're talking about trillions of dollars going through the ALGORAND network. And why would allies of this country not want to develop their own CBDCs on the same network for interoperability? It's by no means a guarantee, and has a lot of risk, but it could pay off in a huge way. Right now I have a little over 7K ALGO, and it's the only crypto I have. Putting another 2K into it would put me over 10,000 ALGOs which was my original target before it started pumping.

I wish I had the balls to pull the trigger on this and ETH/BTC and either LTC or Cardano but I just feel like shit will dump as soon as I put the rest of my fiat in.

note that Marshal Islands are very much a US protectorate. it's not like running a test in Zambia or somewhere.

I don't think they're a protectorate anymore, but they still have some weird relationship with the US that entails special privileges for its citizens. That's something I've thought about, but for now I'm choosing to believe that it's not indicative of bigger things. Just a happy coincidence.

Mostly incorrect.
They have international sovereignty and total control over their territory. They need only to provide the U.S. with a military base and in return the US will provide defense for the islands. The agreement doesnt go much deeper than that (other than access to U.S. social services).

>United States government assistance is the mainstay of the economy. Under terms of the Amended Compact of Free Association, the U.S. is committed to provide US$57.7 million per year in assistance to the Marshall Islands (RMI) through 2013, and then US$62.7 million through 2023, at which time a trust fund, made up of U.S. and RMI contributions, will begin perpetual annual payouts.[80]
