You are never going back to an office because you can be replaced by A.I. or other automation and because if you aren't replaced it's much cheaper to keep workers out of a centralized workplace where you have liability and upkeep costs. It puts all the costs on the workers. It also keeps people separated and less apt to organize. You will live, work, sleep in your rented pod and you will love it.

As if I'm using my personal stuff and than something happens and they take my belongings along with every other employees trying to find who leaked info kek. Cheap as heck. No pay raise or anything either. Im paid poorly too and overworked. Even have one coworker whose deluded and mega coping that this is a great job and the coworkers are great. Every now and then he slips but he's a major brown noser so I can't even risk saying negative stuff around him besides the ole "my other job was better" lmao barely skirting the fine line on trashing this job.
