>disincentivizes honest actors
>trying to convince people that "the election" as specified in the prediction market wasn't the electroal college but AKSHUALLY the constitutional process outlined in the constitution which nobody had in mind when placing a bet
everyone knew which part of the election they were betting on and kleros proved that even with a poorly worded question, bets can still be valid. Seethe.

Refute this.

Case in point. This is a prime example of this leftist shit logic. Anyone who knew accurately ahead of time that the election wouldn't be decided by the inappropriately set expiration date of the prediction market was penalized for being intelligent.

Anyone still holding?

Sure. People placing a bet on "the election" were placing a bet on the outcome of the tallied votes which translated into electoral college seats. If you can find me a single person who placed a bet prior to or on election night who read Article 2.1 or whatever of the constitution and made a bet on THOSE terms, then I would agree with you.

This was a defective market and the correct outcome was to approximate the definition of "the election" as an ordinary bettor of the omen markets would have believed it prior to election night. The right outcome was reached. It proved that Kleros can make complex decisions based on flawed inputs.
