At the very least you can use it on the LCX exchange and trade it for any other asset at the value of 10c. That's the absolute minimum you'll be able to do with it: trade 1 LCX for 10c worth of ETH/BTC/whatever. And it's now at 4c. So in the worst case possible, you're buying 10c worth of ETH for 4c.
