I for one am sticking with dogecoin.

Easy to mine, lots of places that hand out free doge, lots of places to trade for other coins, and a non toxic community.

Places are now popping up that you can buy with real money, once someone makes a place to sell for real money you can guarantee price will go up.

Fuck off wolong.

China is not going to buy into pandacoin. If they buy into any pandacoin it will be 3.0.

1. The Chinese don't want to buy into something they cannot control
2. They want to make money off of westerners, pandacoin is not something that westerners will use in the mainstream
3. They won't buy into a coin that doesn't have a public face, all of the problems with Bitcoin are occurring because people start websites/exchanges and disapear easily because nobody knows who started it.

For point 3, Doge is the most powerful force, the Devs actually do interviews and everything is completely transparent.

Wolongs shitcoin is one of the dodgiest coins around right now, it has no market and is going to fall flat.

Eh, the 7850 isn't amazing for mining, I think. I can put out a similar khash rate with my 5850, and that thing is a dinosaur. Good card though.

I run my stuff 24/7, more or less, at varying intensity depending on if I'm actually using my PC, so I probably average 350kh/s.

It's really easy to make money if you luck out by mining a new coin at inception and have it spiral out of control and become worth a lot, so it can be kind of luck of the draw. I personally make my money by selling doge at a markup for straight cash, and then converting the cash to BTC and buying back what I bought, but keeping the profit. It's nice, especially since my hash rate sux.

I keep a lot of doge though, I'm trying to get up to a million right now, and I'm kinda close.

Doge isn't a waste of time, I don't think. You can check out the second post of this thread for some good info, and /r/dogecoin has a shit ton of guides up, so even thought it's >lettit, it's still a good source of information.

The whole thing is kind of confusing at first.

Every wallet has a unique address you can send and receive to. You can find yours under a variation of "Receive coins", and you can click on the "copy address" at the bottom of the client to copy your address directly into your clipboard, so you have an address to give to people/exchanges to direct coins to your personal wallet.

To send coins out there's a send tab, where you can plug in an external wallet address and amount to send to whoever.

You don't need to register anywhere unless you plan on buyins/selling doge for BTC, in which case there's several exchanges that I think are linked in the second post of this thread.

There's also a USD/DOGE exchange called Vault of Satoshi where you can buy it for straight fiat.

Those doge faucets that hand out doge are fine, but they usually give out a paltry amount. Honestly /r/dogecoin is a good place to start for some doge, since if you announce you're new and yadda yadda people will tip you and get you going.

I didn't even mine MONA, I'm just asking if they were so worried about GPU powerhouses then why didn't they make it a CPU coin?

>> No.25913

>>25894
Dude, once people started complaining about us killing MONA the global hashrate dropped and diff went from 7 to 5, now it's climbed back up a bit.

Yo really can't blame /g/ or the rab/biz/ here for this, because cryptos are full of jews and there's tons of people out there waiting to exploit each and every coin regardless.

Does anyone know anything about the owner of doge-dice.com ?

The guy is a fucking millionaire yet I never hear anything about him.

Has anyone else made a fortune from a Dogecoin related service?

I'm not sure I get this. Here's my address. If someone can send me 1 dogecoin just to see what's changed and how it's supposed to look like I'd be grateful and I'll return it right away.

My address:

Yes I'm complete begginer, probably doing something wrong.

Vert's low, mint is a decent buy. If you're looking to sell your doge to buy something else though, I'd wait a day or so.

When we warned /g/ it basically had two effects:

- Power miners realized their were not as smart as they thought they were and stopped directing their mega or giga at Mona in hope that it was not too late
- Typical /g/ morons thought they were smarter than they are, that "ninja" directing their 300kH to Mona was a plan, and that nobody would notice.

Well the Japs noticed.

Lesson learned: /g/ is too dumb and does not know how to profit when given insider infos. This has been pointed at already.

Those mistakes won't be made again.

I know it's kinda stupid, but it's hardly begging. I would never actually do it if it's not for this reason.

You still can do transaction with less fee, you would have to wait longer for confirmations. Fee = buy confirmations. Thats pretty legit

You're a typical /g/tard. Unable to see profit even when it's put under your nose. Monacoin was up 5 times in value already, which has yet to happen with doge.

I think doge is still overvalued at the moment

moolah's news: good announcements but nothing concrete
halvening: overrated, lot's of coins kept back for selling
olympics: no advertisment allowed

However, price is too low to sell.

>> No.26124

The fact that it was bound to the Japanese market was what made it a good investment, because of a multitude of factors including Japanese pride and the fact that there is a fuck ton of people willing to go nuts for the littlest thing and create a long lasting cult there. You don't have to appreciate Japan or those cultural aspects to take profit of them.
Most people here claim they're in it for profit but still fail to see it in its simplest form. AKA, morons.
