I had an epiphany. What if Flare is the replacement to the Ripple's role in XRPL developement? Ripple knew about the investigation for 2 years wasn't it? And in that same timeframe xSpring funded development of Flare, to be airdropped 1:1 on XRP holders before news breaks about a case, before price tanks, and will be airdropped around the time that the case goes to court but only to wallets not belonging to Ripple. Flare are much more careful about how they word announcements, their updates are much more scarce than Ripple's were for XRP, and the whole ecosystem is designed to absorb or sidechain projects as f-assets. The only question would be what happens to the XRP locked in escrow.
